You can cook any preferred dumplings such as frozen beef dumplings, frozen chicken dumplings, frozen vegan dumplings, or frozen pork dumplings.
Today I’m going to cook frozen chicken dumplings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of frozen chicken dumplings
  • Olive oil/spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 195C/ 380F degrees for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Place the frozen chicken dumplings in the air fryer basket and spray a thin layer of oil. (oil spray helps to make dumplings crispy)
  3. Cook your frozen dumplings at 195C/380F degrees for 6-8 minutes or until it's cooked through. Toss/flip the dumplings halfway through the cooking process.
  4. Take out the dumplings from your air fryer and let them sit for a minute or two and serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy.

Homemade food is by far the best, especially when it comes to making it with your family and friends. My family loves any food made from chicken. That's why I’m sharing the chicken dumpling recipe.

So, here’s how you make air fryer dumplings from scratch.

Ingredients:

  • Wonton/dumpling wraps
  • 1 ¼ pounds ground chicken
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 5 cups finely chopped cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons sesame/olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl mix the chicken, garlic, ginger, green onions, cabbage, oil, and soy sauce. Give them a good mix and set them aside.
  2. Put 1 full teaspoon of chicken filling on each wonton skin and fold them. The folding should not be uninformed but it should be sealed properly.
  3. Place the dumplings in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray a thin layer of oil to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the basket. And you'll get crispy dumplings at the end.
  4. Cook the chicken dumplings at 195C/380F degrees for 10 minutes or until the dumplings are golden and cooked through. Toss/shake the sir fryer basket halfway through the cooking process.
  5. Serve your dumplings with the dipping sauce and enjoy.
