Aventurine’s entire kit revolves around the Defense stats, which means, that if you increase or decrease his defense, everything else will change accordingly.
Inherently Unjust Destiny is the best of both worlds because it can significantly increase Aventurine’s defense (which increases his basic and ultimate damage) and his crit damage.

Equipping it will get you a decent defense buff, but most importantly, every time an enemy attacks you, they will get Burn DoT damage. Additionally, Aventurine will deal up to 40% DOT damage, scaling of his defense for two turns, which can stack up if you have Guinaifen in your team.
This is Me! is a perfect alternative if you plan to use Aventurine as a sustain and as a sub-DPS character. It’s pretty self-explanatory. You get increased defense and deal more ultimate damage. Just make sure you have someone like Tingyun on your team for increased energy regeneration.
Day One of My New Life is also a good choice if you don’t have the other Light Cones in this list. Equipping it will boost Aventurine’s defense and increase everyone’s resistance, which is just a bonus on top of the fortification Aventurine provides.

Aside from the Imaginary damage boost, you also get an increased crit rate and crit damage against Imprisoned enemies. However, to get the most out of it, you must activate Aventurine’s follow-up attacks more frequently.

The Broken Keel is the best planar ornament for Aventurine. Firstly, it increases his Effect RES by 10%, which stacks up with the 25% Effect RES he gets by using his skill.
It means every time Aventurine uses his skill, he can activate the Broken Keel’s bonus, granting all allies (including himself) a crit damage boost. The crit damage can be further amplified if an ally attacks an enemy inflicted by the Unnerved debuff applied by Aventurine’s ultimate ability.
